Involve the entire family. Is their a need for a diving board? Is recreation a requirement or will it be for simply cooling off. Will elderly swimmers need appropriate devices for entering and exiting the pool. Is swimming exercise an important consideration. Do you want freeform curves or classic straight lines.

Pool repairs can be made at any time, however, if a pool needs to be resurfaced or painted the best time is from October thru Januray when pool builders are not pressed for time.

Make sure that your water level is at the middle of the skimmer. If you water level has dropped to low then your pump may not be able to prime and circulate water.

Cal-Spas

In most cases a spa should be drained at least every three months.

If a spa is set up initially with bromine then you should continue with bromine products. Some customers prefer chlorine but the same holds true, continue with chlorine but do not mix the two products.

Cal Spas and Viking Pools both have seven different designs of inground spas. These can be installed at ground level or elevated with skirting. The Viking Spas are designed with spillways that can be incorporated with your Viking pool.
